Agricola de Cologne’s projects are always both simultaneously – new media art projects and curatorial projects alike. The artist is practicing his specific way of – networking = artworking, curating = artworking, curating = networking.
At this stage, only major key project contexts since 2000 are listed. While many projects are completed and were running as active projects during a temporarily limited period, others are (still) ongoing and activ. Each project has an individual speed of activity. All projects are Internet based and networked among each other and in a global context, since 2004 most of them are realized in an exchange between virtual and physical space. The Museum of Networked Art, itself one of the media art projects, is hosting all artistic/curatorial activities since 2000. Each project is a media art project and at the same time also its documentation. The museum collections hosting both are representing a unique source for a discourse about new types of art works.
